Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with Oxylan technology services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Services purchased through oxylan.net.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If within thirty (30) days of the date you purchase eligible Services you wish to cancel for any reason, you may be entitled to a full refund of fees paid for those Services, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligible Services
Standard hosting, infrastructure, and subscription-based technology services purchased directly from Oxylan are generally eligible for refund within the 30-day period, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation or service agreement.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations and transfers (if applicable);
- Custom development work that has already been delivered or commenced with your approval;
- Third-party licenses or services procured on your behalf;
- Products purchased using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets;
- Services used in violation of our Terms and conditions.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at stella@oxyland.net with your account email, payment reference, and reason for the request. We will review eligible requests and respond within a reasonable time.
5. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are submitted to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several hours to several business days to appear. Confirmation that Oxylan has submitted your refund to the payment processor is the only confirmation that a refund has been initiated.
6. Data deletion
Once a refund is processed for hosting or infrastructure Services, associated data (files, databases, emails, and configurations) may be permanently deleted. Please download any data you wish to keep before requesting a refund. Refund requests are generally not reversible.
7. Partial refunds
If you have used a portion of a Service period or received deliverables under a custom engagement, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your Account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve issues directly.
9. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page with the latest revision date applies to your purchase.
